Why Me?
Well, I’m not your typical wedding celebrant. Sure, I handle all the legal stuff flawlessly, but what really makes me different is my ability to keep things relaxed, genuine, and a bit cheeky. I create ceremonies that feel like a conversation with your best mate, not a scripted speech.
Couples often tell me I’m calm, easy going, and that I take the edge off those pre-ceremony nerves.
I don’t do cookie-cutter ceremonies. I craft something personal that truly reflects your story and style, with a good laugh along the way.
Based in the Yarra Valley and travelling all over Victoria, I bring warmth, humour, and professionalism to every wedding, making sure your ceremony is memorable, stress-free, and full of heart.
Do I help write personal vows?
As a wedding celebrant, I’m always happy to help couples write their personalised wedding vows. It’s not always easy putting feelings into words, so if you’re stuck, I’m here to guide you through writing vows that really reflect who you are.
I also always offer to proofread your vows to help make sure you’re both on the same page- So at least one of you won’t have 500 words vs 30 words! Whether you need help writing from scratch or just want a second pair of eyes, I’ve got you covered.
What about the paperwork?
As your wedding celebrant, I take care of all the legal marriage paperwork, from the Notice of Intended Marriage to lodging your documents after the big day.
You just fill out a simple info sheet, and I’ll handle the rest. On the day, all you need to do is show up, sign and enjoy the moment completely stress-free, legal and full of love.
What about our nerves?
Feeling nervous before your wedding? Totally normal, I’ve been there too! As your wedding celebrant, it’s part of my job to help you stay calm, relaxed and actually enjoy the moment (yes, really!).
Before the ceremony, I’ll pop by for a quick chat and usually a laugh its nothing too serious, just enough to settle the nerves and remind you that everything’s under control. With me handling the details, you can breathe easy, smile big, and get excited... because you’re about to have an unforgettable day.
How far in advance should we book?
If you're planning a wedding during peak season (October to the end of March), it's best to book your wedding celebrant at least 12 months in advance. These popular months fill up quickly, especially in sought-after locations like the Yarra Valley and across Victoria.
For weddings outside of peak season, booking 6 to 9 months ahead is generally fine. That said, the earlier you book, the more likely you are to secure your preferred date and time.
Getting your celebrant locked in early helps everything else fall into place more smoothly, so once you’ve chosen your date, I recommend reaching out.
